"PRO HOPE" Project

The city of Ramnicu Valcea is in south of Romania and has 120000 people. A couple of years ago it received an award called "European City" for being one of the cleanest cities in Europe. This year we want to bring HOPE through sharing The Word of God here.

"Holy Trinity" is the only Pentecostal church in the city and has about 70 members. This has the desire of sharing "The Gospel" with the hundreds and thousands of people in this town.

It's goal is to win hundreds of people for God’s kingdom and to equip them with the knowledge to live in a fallen world. In this town with so many things against this type of mission this plan can only be achieved by God. It is essential that many Christians be revived and called in to ministry.

We are sharing with you the task that God has given him because we NEED your help.

We intend to rent a public hall where the Word of God WILL be proclaimed and His praises sung.

Also we want to rent a place (a house) where we will be able meet daily:

to consolidate our working team
to teach Bible principles to the new believers
to work with orphans
to help the poor with food and clothes
to stay open for what God will guide us to do

You can be beside us in this great work in many ways:

to pray for us and with us for the unsaved people of Ramnicu Valcea
to visit us (you can come short or long term)
to share our vision with other Christians (maybe with your pastor and the people in your church)
to make a donation (we need about 2000 USD monthy). The budget includes the rental of the public hall and day center, the pastors salary, and other costs.

We intend to open this centre in October 2005, but this will depend greatly on the amount of support we are sure we will receive.

We would be very happy to provide you with more information on the situation in Romania, so you will better able to understand our needs and express them to interested parties.
